We offer a First Class - Tracked service in the UK. With this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been despatched containing the tracking number to monitor the location of your order. Use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of despatch via Royal Mail Track & Trace.

Delivery will be to the UK or international address specified in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your package.
If your parcel is taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.

Our No Quibble Returns Policy
At Desire and Pleasure we are confident of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are prepared to offer a full refund of the purchase price.
If for any reason during the first year (365 days) following the purchase date the product is faulty, does not meet with the manufacturer’s description, or you find that the product does not meet your expectations, you can simply return it to us and we will provide you with a replacement product (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Whether it be Christmas, Valentines Day, Anniversary, Birthday’s or just because you want to;
If on receipt, the gift is not in perfect condition, does not meet your requirements, or is not what you expected you can return your goods anytime within the first year (365 days) following the purchase date and we will exchange, or refund the purchase price in full.

Always obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when posting your item to us.
We will deal with your returned item on the date of receipt and we will either replace the item, or provide a full refund within 30 days.
Returning Items From Outside The UK
Our international customers who purchase goods from Desire and Pleasure receive exactly the same service guarantee as those purchasing from within the UK
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the goods are faulty, or do not meet the manufacturers description, you may return them within the first year (365 days) following the date of purchase and we will provide either a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund.
All we ask is that you pay for the returns postage and shipping when you return the item; if the product is faulty we will reimburse you for the postage in full, when we send you your refund or your replacement product.
Your Rights As A Consumer
The European Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 states that as a client you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase, providing the product is unopened, unworn and unused. On doing this you will be entitled to a full refund.
